Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 28th
day of September, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following were
absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 83-35
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights that the following sums be hereby levied upon-the
taxable property of the City of Falcon Heights. for the year
1983 collectible in the year 1984
GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS $503,845.00
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Eggert,
Larson and Ciernia, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
