• Pursuant to due calJ_ and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Falcon Heights City Council was held October l2, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent:
None.
Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-36
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF
$26,173.05 TO MIDWEST PAVING AND RECYCLING
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE 1983 SEALCOATING PROJECT
(NORTHOME STREETS)
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract
with. Midwest Paving and Recycling, Co., Inc., 6350 IndustriaJ_ Drive,-Eden
Prairie, MN 55344, for the sealcoating of the streets in the Northome area,
and
WHEREAS, the contracted work has. been completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and determined
it to be satisfactory,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights does hereby authorize final payment of $26,]_73.05 to
Midwest Paving and Recycling Co., Inc.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duJ_y
seconded by Mayor Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken the foJ.J.owing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich.,
Eggert and Larson, and the folJ-owing voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
