RESOLUTION 78-6
RESOLUTION'REVOKING CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights that
the roads hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid
Street under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights that the roads designated as follows, to-wit:
MSA N0. STREET .FROM TO
102 Pascal Avenue Larpenteur Avenue Hoyt.fwenue
be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of Falcon Heights
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State
of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Transportation for his consideration.
