Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
was held on the 8th day of March 1978..
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, and the
following were absent: None.
Mayor .Warkentien introduced the following resolution, and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-11
APPROVING BIKE/WALKWAY ALTERNATE #2
FOR PROPOSED ROSELAWN AVENUE IMPROVE-
MENT AS SUBMITTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER.
EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED
WHEREAS, the Cities of Falcon Heights, Roseville and Ramsey
County are proposing to upgrade Roselawn Avenue, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights. desires to have a Bike/
Walkway along the south side of said improvement to be funded by
the City of Falcon Heights under the Minnesota State Aid Street
Improvement Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
. of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that said Bike/Walkway alternate #2
of Exhibit "A" attached be included in the proposed Roselawn Avenue
improvement along the south side and be funded by the City of Falcon
Heights under Minnesota State Aid Funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Counclmember Black and upon a vote being taken, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following voted against
same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
