Extract of minutes of meeting of the Council of Falcon
Heights held May 10, 19.78.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was
duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Wednesday
May 18, 1978, at 7:30 p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following
were absent: None,
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-14

WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey is proposing to reconstruct
Roselawn Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Fairview Avenue with
financial assistance of the Cities of Falcon Heights and Roseville
and,
WHEREAS, the County is proposing reconstruction of Roselawn
Avenue from Fairview to Cleveland Avenue in their 1979 street
improvement program and are desirous of both cities to participate
in such an improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Falcon Heights that the City of Falcon Heights partici-
pate with Roseville and Ramsey County in the construction of
Roselawn Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland Avenue for
the year 1979
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmember Black and upon a vote being taken
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following voted
against same: None.
WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
