Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota was held on the 10th day of May, 1978 at 8:00 p,m.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the
following were absent: None..
Councilman Black introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-15
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FRANCES
LABALESTRA°S et'al REQUEST FOR
A SUBDIVISION OF THE SAID PROPERTY
LOTS 13 & 14, BLOCK 1 OF LABALESTRA
PARK
WHEREAS, Frances Labalestra, et°al ar.e the owners -of
certain real estate located in the City of Falcon Heights
in an R-3 zoning, and,
WHEREAS, said owners have requested subdivision of said
real estate pursuant to Ordinance 69, paragraph 3 of said
City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said real estate be
subdivided as follows:
1. Lot 13 and the north ten (10) feet of Lot l4, Block 1,
Labalestra Park.
2. The south eighty (80) feet of the north ninety.(90)
feet of Lot 14, Block 1, Labalestra Park
3. Lot 14 except the east eighty (80) feet thereof and
except the north ninety (90) feet thereof, and except
the south 0.5 feet thereof, Block 1, Labalestra Park
subject to easement of record Ramsey County, Minnesota.
4. The east eighty (80) feet of Lot 14 except the north
ninety (90) feet thereof, Block 1 Labalestra Park
subject to easements of record, Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McGough and upon a vote being
taken the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following
voted "nay1° : None .
WHEREUPON, the Resolution s declared y p shed and
adopted.
