CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the C~.ty Qf Falcon Heights Minnesota was held on the 26th day o~ July 19784 The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Black introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 78-18 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON M.S.A.P. 124-103-O1 FROM FAIRVIEW AVENUE TO SNELLING AVENUE IN THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 26th day of July, 1978, by the City of Falcon Heights, in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City"; WITNESSETH. WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of Roselawn Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Snelling Avenue. WHEREAS, the "City", will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of said Street, and WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously. adopted for such Municipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the pro- posed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be condidtioned upon certain parking restric- tions, and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this contruction as a Municipal State Aid project in the "City", has been determined. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the "City" shall restrict the parking to motor vehicles on the south side of M.S.A.S. 103 (Roselawn Avenue) from Fairview Avenue to Snelling Avenue at all times. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote being taken .thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, and the following voted against same: None.
