Pursuant to due call and notice t~~ersof=;, a regular meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of
July, 1978.
The following members were present: Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele
and 3rown, and the following were absent: Mayor Warkentien.
RESOLUTION 78 _~
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A LOCAL AGENT TO INTAKE APPLICATION
THROUGH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSITdG AND Ut3BAN
DEV~APMENT-FEDERAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE.
hAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, T~linnescta has
made application for HUD Disaster Relief Funds to provide repairs of certain
areas in the City due to excessive rainfall and flooding and,
U'HEREAS, it is necessary to designate an individual who shall be
responsible for application and accounting of said funds through HUD Iisaster
Relief Funds.
I1i0W THERE;CORE, the City Council appoints the Clerk Administrator of the
City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota to be the designee , to apply and administer
said Disaster Funds.
Councilmember 3rown seconded the motion and upon a vote the following
. voted "Aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers I~IcGough, Steele and Brown
and the following voted "Nay": None. Mayor Trlarkentien absent.
Z-JHEREUPON, the foregoing Resolution was adopted.
