Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the
2 7th day of September, 19 78 .
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Steele introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-22
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights that the following sur:s be
and they are hereby levied upon the taxable
property of the City of Falcon Heights for the
year 1978 collectible in the year 1979•
GENERAL FUND
$213,081.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to levy the following:
1963 WATERMAIN_;.& SANITARY SEWER IMP. BONDS $5,000.00
1967 IMPROVEMENT BONDS 1,750.00
1971.E GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS-PARK IMPROVEMENT 11,70C.00
1978 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS-FIRE EQUIPMENT 13,925.00
The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Black
and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele, and Brown and the
following voted against same: None
