Extract of minutes of meeting of the Council of the City of Falcon
Heights held on Deceanber 13, 1978.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City
Ha11 in said City on Wednesday December 13, 1978, at 7:30 p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilme:nbers
Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember McGough introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-25
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MSA STREET
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM OVER THE NEXT FIVE
YEARS
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Municipal Screening Committee of the Technical
Support Services Division is requiring a five year construction program
of a11. Minnesota State-Aid Streets and,
Wf~REAS, the five year pro3ected program must be adopted by the City
Council of Falcon Heights before January 1, 1979 and,
S, said report must be submitted to the Minnesota District State-
Aid Engineer on or before January 1, 1979•
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights that the City of Falcon Heights has instituted a five year projected
MSA construction program as shown on e~chibit (a) as attached.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmeanber Black and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmesnbers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and
the following voted against same: None.
WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
