Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the
' 1ltth day of February, 1979 •
The following me:abers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmeanbers
Black, McGough and Brown The following were absent: Council-
meaaber Steele.
Councilmember McGough introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79- 8
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE POSTING OF NO
PARKIN FIRE LANE SIGNS AT 1b07 WEST LARPENTEtTR
AVENUE (HERMES SHOPPING CENTER)
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights City Council has received a request from
the Owners of Hermes Shopping Center to install no parking fire lane signs
in front of 1607 West Larpenteur Avenue. (Bullseye Golf)
NOW, ORL, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Falcon Heights, that no parking fire lane signs be installed in
front of 1607 West Larpenteur Avenue at no cost to the City of Falcon
Heights and that the Sheriffs Department enforce said designation.
The motion for the adogtion of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Brown ,and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Black, McGough and Brown The following voted against faze
same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
