HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_79-13CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the .City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of April, 1979. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers McGough~ Steele, and Brown, and the following were absent: None. Councilmember McGough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 79 -13 ~ ~/yf.~~ ~'~ .~ ~ ,~ A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FIRE LANE IN THE CENTER LANE ALLOWING PARKING NEXT TO THE BUILDING AND ALONG LARPENTEUR AVENUE IN THE PARKING LOT AT BULLSEYE GOLF, 1607 WEST LARPENTEUR AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council has reconsidered their action of February 1.Li, 1979, Resolution 79-8, to relocate the Fire Lane through the center of the parking lot and permitting parking adjacent to the building and along the boulevard of Larpenteur Avenue at 1607 W. Larpenteur and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, that no parking fire lane signs be installed as stipulated above at no cost to the City of Falcon Heights and that the Sheriffs Department enforce said designation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded •'by Councilmember Brown, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers McGough, Steele and Brown, and the follow- ing voted against the same: None.
