Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the
26th day of September, 1979.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, McGough, Brown and Stone, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember McGough introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-22
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights that the following sums be
and they are hereby levied upon the taxable
property of the City of Falcon Heights for the
year 1979 collectible in the year 1980.
GENERAL FUND
$299,810
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to levy the following:
1963 WATERMAIN & SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS $6,000.00
1967 IMPROVEMENT BONDS 1,750.00
1974 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS-PARK IMPROVEMENT 11,700.00
1978 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS-FIRE EQUIPMENT 10,100.00
The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Brown
and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, McGough and Brown and the
following voted against same: Councilmember Stone.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
