• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City. of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the
8th day of January, 1980.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Brown introduced the following .Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 80-2
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL, DEPOSITORY
OF THE LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its
boundaries, and in the past has designated the Roseville State Bank of
Roseville, Minnesota, as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon
Heights,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights: That the Roseville State Bank be designated as depository
for the Liquor Funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is
authorized to deposit liquor funds therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the
• Roseville State Bank as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Eggert and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following voted against the
same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
