CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

RESOLUTION 80-7
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heig tai sue, - '- -
Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on the
19th day of tdarch, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.

The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, '.
and the following were absent: None.
Member WarkPnfii en introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE
AND SALE OF A $170,000 GENERAL
OBLIGATION STATE-AID STREET
BOND OF 1980
•
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o£
Falcon Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 162.18, this City will
issue its $170,000 General Obligation State-Aid Street Bond o£
1980 to defray the expense of various street improvements in
the City and that the City will purchase said bond for the
account of its General Fund as hereinafter provided.
2. The $170,000 negotiable general obligation bond
of the City shall be dated April 1, 1980 and shall be issued
forthwith, Said bond shall be in the aggregate principal
amount of $170,Q00, shall be without interest, and shall mature
on April 1 in the years acid installments as follows:
1981 $42,500
1982 $42,500
1983 $42,500
1984 $42,500
Thy motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by member _ stPPiP and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
