HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_80-09CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of March, • 1980. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following members were absent: None. Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-9 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTE 412.841 SUBDIVISIONS 1 AND 2 WHEREAS, the City Clerk Administrator has limited storage space for records and, WHEREAS, under Minnesota Statute 412.841 certain records can be destroyed that are 10 years and older, providing City Council passes a resolution permitting the destruct- ion of said records. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council hereby authorizes the Clerk Administrator to destroy certain records as stipulated in Minnesota Statute 412.841 Subdivisions 1 and 2. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Brown and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following voted against same: None. • WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
