Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
August, 1980.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers
Steele, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: Mayor Warkentien.
Acting Mayor Brown introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION 80-21
A RESOLUTION REMOVING PASCAL AVENUE, LARPENTEUR
TO ROSELAWN, AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
that the roads hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State
Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights, that the roads designated as follows, to-wit:

102 Pascal Avenue Larpenteur Ave. Roselawn Ave.

be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of Falcon Heights
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the state of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di-
rected to forward two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Commis-
ioner of Transportation for his consideration.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers Steele, Eggert and Larson,
and the following voted against same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
