Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of September,
• 1980.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, Brown, Larson and Eggert and the following members were absent: None.
Councilmember Steele introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 80-25
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE BONDS AND INTEREST
COLLECTIBLE IN 1981 THROUGH 1983
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota as
follows:
1. Bonds and Interest collectible in 1981 through 1983 is $50,449.00.
2. That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated to
the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on the
following improvement bonds the sume of: $69,437.25
Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds dated 10/1/63
That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and directed
not to levy for the above bond for the years 1981 - 1983, pursuant to
. Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61, Subd. 3.
The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Eggert, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Larson
and Eggert and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
