Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of September,
1980.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, Brown, Larson and Eggert and the following members were absent: None.
Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 80-26
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE BONDS AND INTEREST
COLLECTIBLE IN 1981 AND 1982
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. Bonds and Interest collectible in 1981 through 1982 is $10,637.50
2. That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated to
the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on the
following improvement bonds the sum of $21,577.56.
General Improvement Storm Sewer Bonds of 7/1/67
That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and dir-
ected not to levy for the above bond for the years 1981 - 1982, pur-
• suant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61, Subd. 3.
The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Brown , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Larson
and Eggert and the following voted against the same: None.
