Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the
14th day of January, 1981.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: Brown,
Councilmember Larson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 81-3
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at
the North Star State Bank, 1820 North Lexington, Roseville,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights, that the continued leasing of a safety box in the Safe
Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, Minnesota, be
authorized and confirmed for the calendar year of 1981, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that authority to have access to said safety
deposit box until the first day of January, 1982, and to remove any part
or all of the contents, is hereby given to the following:
Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
Helen L. Brown, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, Treasurer, City
of Falcon Heights
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Steele, Eggert and Larson and the following voted against the same:
None.
