RESOLUTION VACATING WALKWAY EASEMENT
FROM ALBERT TO HOLTON STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights has
determined to vacate a lane between 1740 Holton Street and
1746 Holton Street, running to Albert Street; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 10 ,
1981 before the City Council in the City Hall after due
published and posted notice has been given by the Clerk on
May 19 1981, and all persons interested were given
an opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best
interest to the City to vacate such land; and
WHEREAS, four-fifths of all of the members of the
• Council concur in this resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the lane described
as follows is hereby vacated:
The public lane twelve (12) feet in
width, lying adjacent to and south of
Lots 10 and 11, and lying between the
southerly extension of the easterly
boundary of Lot 10 and the southerly
extension of the westerly boundary of
Lot 11, all being a part of Keller Manor,
plat on file and of record in the office
of the County Recorder, Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of
June 19 81.
