S, The City of Falcon Heights dose not have a bank within its
bouadsriea, and in the past has designated North Star Stets Bank, Roseville,
as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by` the City Cocmcil of the City
of Falcon Heightas -That the North Star State Beak of Roseville, be designated
as depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, and the City Tresanrer
is .authorized to depo,~d.t general and other fends therein.
