The following members Were presents ana tae rolloWing members xere absent: ~_~,t~n~]ma*- A~~wb . _ Councilman Fk=k]nnA introdne:ed the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RES©~„LtTTION X75-3 A RESOLUTION 8&3~ARDING THi~; SAFETY DEPOSIT BO% AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK WHEFtFAS, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at the forth Star State Beak, 1820 North Lsxiugton Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota NOW, THERBFaRE, BE I? HF~EBY RESOLPED, by tt~~e City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, that the. contitstted leasing of a ~ees~'ety deposit box in the Safe Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, Minoesota, be authorized and confirmed for the calendar year of 1975, and ffi IT FURTHF~t RSSCLYED, that authority to have access to said safety deposit box until the first dal oP January, 1976, and to move a~* part or all of the contents is hereby given to the following: Willis C. A. Warkent3.en, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights Williaan H. Black, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights Dewan B.
