~' The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Ecklund~
Steele and Labalestra~ and the following were absent: Councilman Black.
Mayor Warkentien introduced. the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

SECTION 16, TOW:+TSHIP 29, RANGE 23, PHRSUANT TO RESOLUTIONd 75-l~ IN REGARD TO

WHEREAS,. Luther L, Johnson is the owner of certain real estate located in
the City of Falcon Heights in an R-1 zoning,, ands
• WHEREAS„ said owner has requested subdivision of said real estate pursuant
to Ordinance 69, paragraph 3, of said City,
NOW,, THF'ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, said real estate be subdivided as
f allows :
The North 75.0 feet of the South 825 feet of the East 1/3 of the lydest
z of the Pdorth 2 of the East b0 acres of the SW4 of Section 16, Township
29, Range 23, except the East 25 feet thereof, according to Government
Survey, ands

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution ws~s; duly seconded
by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund~ Steele and Labalestra,
and the following were absent: Councilman Black.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
