Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council bf the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of Jamsary, 1975.
~e following meeabers ire presents Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Eckland, ~teile, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: Councilman
Black.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and Waved
its adoptions

A RESOLUTION AU'180RIZINC3 THE FOURTS AND FINAL PAYMENT TO THE
RA~RT 0. WESTLUND CONSTRtTCTTON COMPANY, INC. FOR THE CO~+Il~IUNITY
PARK BtTILDING CONTRACT IN TEE MOUNT OF $15,6~.0.21~
WHEREAS, Robert 0. Westland Construction Company, Inc. was, awarded
the bid for the ~Cpasan3.ty Park Building at 2050 Roselawn Avenue, FsAcon Heights,
Minnesota, and,
WHEREAS, 8ngineer Lemberg of the City oY l~lcon Heights, had inspected
the ~nilding and found it completed, and recomme~tded final payment of said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of ,the City
of Falcon Heights, that Robert 0. Westland' Coastraatian Companpr, Inc. has cs~pleted
the construction of said bailding~az[d has submitted the final bill for p~-sent, and
is h+Breby approved for payment.,

by Councilman Labaleatra, ~a~on a vote being taken t~'ereon, the following voted
is~ favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Cpancilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra,

Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly panned and adopted.
