HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_75-09CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of Februarys 1975• The following members were. present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following were absents Councilman Steele. Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 75-9 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYMENT OF $~t75.96 TO COM[~ERUTAL UTILITIES, INC. FOR THE PARK SHELTER BITILDING IN REGARD TO CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 1 WHEREAS, Commercial Utilities, Inc. was awarded the bid for the water and sewer services at the Park Shelter Building, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, and, WHERE~iS, all work has been satisfactorily completed by Commercial Utilities, Inc., and, WHERF~AS, Commercial Utilities, Inc. has submitted the final bill for payment to the City of Falcon Heights, NOW, THEREFC?RE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, that Commercial Utilities had satisfactorily completed the work at said Park Shelter Building, and has subtaitted the final bill for paa4Yyment in the amount of $l~75.96, which is hereby approved for payment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CounciLnan Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken, the followi#~g voted in favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Black, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: Councilman Steele.
