Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 2~.th
day of April, 1975.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution, and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-15
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING REVENUE SHARING
FUNDS, ENTITLEMENT' PERIOD N0. 6, TO BE
EXPENDED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY OPERATING
EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights is entitled to receive General
Revenue sharing funds under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972,
Entitlement Period No. 6, (7-1-75 to 6-30-76), and
WHEREAS, it is required to designate the proposed use to the Federal
Government under this Act, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
. City of Falcon Heights intends to expend funds for Entitlement Period No. 6
for public safety in the amount of $26,023.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,
and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREtTPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
