Pursuant to due call and notice therecf, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th
day of July, 1975 •
The following members wex•e present: Mayor Warkeni~en, Councilmen
B1~ck, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: Councilman
Ecklund.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution, and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION ,#75-1 b
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE 1975 STREET
MAINTENANCE AND SEAL COATING PROJECT TO BITUMINOUS
CONSTRUCTION, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,850.00 AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CL~;RK-ADMINISTRATOtt TO
EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has awarded
the contract for the 1975 Seal Coating Pro3ect to Bituminous Construction, Inc.,
in the amount of $15,850.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights, that the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are authorized to
execute the 1975 Seal Coating contract.
. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and
Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
