Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
July, 1975 •
The following meanbers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Steele, and Labalestra, sad the following was absent: Councilman Eckland. '
Mayor Waxkentien introduced the following Resolution, and moved its
adoption:

A RESOLUTION ISSUING CAANGE ORDER. NUNIDEt~ 1
TO WESTLUND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT
A BASEBALL DIAMOND, BACKSTOP WITHOUT HOOD, IN
TAE AMJUNT NOT TO EXCEED $l~,092.00
WHEREAS, Robert 0. Westland Construction Company has submitted a
change order, Number 1, in the amount of $I~,092.00 for the construction of a
baseball diamond and backstop without hood at the Falcon Heights Community Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon He~.ghts to approve Change Order Number 1 as submitted by Robert 0.
Westland Construction Compares in the amount of $l~,092.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and
Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None.
ON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
