Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Height8, Minnesota, was held on the 11th
day of September, 1975.
Ths following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the folloeing were absent: zone.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Reaalntion and urged its
adoption:

$62,908.75 TO ROBERT 0 WESTLUND CONSTRUCTIOx COMFAxY FOR
THE CONY PAPK II~ROV~TT PROJECT
Tn~EAS, Robert 0. Wetland Construction Compat~y, Inc., was
awarded ttu bid: for Cc~aamnuui.ty, Perk Development.. at the Community Park,
2050 Roselawn Awnue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, and
,BAS, Engineer Lemba~g of the Cit~_of Falcon Heights, has
i~apgcted the pro3ect and found it comp?~eted, and recommended final pay-

xOW, THEREFORE, ~ IT HERESY RESOLVED, by the City Council of
.the City of Falcon Heights that Robert 0. Westland Construction Ccmepax~,
Inc., has completed the park development pro3eot and has submitted the
final bill for payment, approval is given for payment.
The motion for the adopt3oa 'of the foregoing Resolution was. dn1,T
seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken. thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentisn, Councilmen Black,
Steele,. and Labalestra, and the folloeing voted against the motion:
Councilman Ecklund.
Whereropan, the Resolution was declared dn],7 passed and adopted.
