CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of October, 1975•
The following sneanbers were prey®nt: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absents None.
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 75-29
BE IT RE~I.VED by the City Counoil of the City of Falcon Heights
that the following stuns be and they are hereby levied upon the taxable
property of the City of Falcon Heights for the year 1975, collectible
in the year 1976:
GEDTERAI, FUND $150, 56J~ . 50
BE IT FURT~IER RESOLVED that the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to levy the followings
1957 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMP. N0. 1
1959 LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATER MAIN & PUMPING
STATION Ili. BONDS, SERIES nAn
1963 WATER MAIN & SANITARY SEWER IMP. BONDS
1966 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS
1967 IMPROVEMENT BONDS

The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Labalestra and
upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Eclund, Steele, and Labalestra, and
the following voted against the same: None.
