Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota., was held on the-13th. day of Ntrirember,
1975.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra,
and the following were absent: None.
N~ayor _ Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION N0. 75-31
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE CANVASSING BOARD MEETIIJG OF
NOVEMBER 5, 1975, DECLARING THE FOLLOWING ELECTED TO OFFICE: WILLIS C. A.
WABKENT~N TO THE OFFICE OF MAYOR: WILLIAM. H. BLACK AND NORMAN W, ECKLUND
TO THE OFFICE OF COUNCII~'lEN~ER
WHEREAS, the City Election was held on November !t, 1975, in the City of Falcon
Heights,
NOW, THERE[~ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights, that the following were declared duly elected by a majority vote of the
eligible voters of the City of Falcon Heights:
City Mayor -,Willis C. A. Warkentien -term of two years
City Councilmember - .Wi~,liam H. Slack - ~Qr~n of four years
City Counci7me¢nber -Norman W. Ecklund -term of four years
The motion for th• adoption of the foregoing:Beeolution-was duly seconded by
Counci7nan Labalestra ,and upon a vote bang taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof
All present,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
