Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular noeting of the City Council
of the CitT of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of January, 1976.
The following members were present: Major Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Steele, and Labalestra,
and. the following were absents Councilman Ecklund.
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION N0. 76-1
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THT OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR
THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON
HEIC~ITS
WI3ER,EAS, The City of Falcon Heights dons not have a batilc within its boundaries,
and in tb a past has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, as its despositor~r
for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights.
NOW, Tfi~SN'f}RE, ~ IT HEREBY RE~LQED, bl the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights: That the. North Star State Hank of Roseville, be designated.. as depository
for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, and the City Treasurer is authorized
to deposit general and other funds therein.
~ IT FURTHER RESOLYSD, that collateral shall be furnished by the North Star
• State Bank required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
~ Councilman Labalestra ,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof : All present,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the R®solution was declared duly passed and adopted.
