Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the Cit~r of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th daT of Januar~-, 1976.
The following members were pr®sents Mayor Warkenti®n, Councilmen Black,
St~e1e, and Labalestra,
and the following were absent: Councilman Ecklund.
Major Warkentien ,introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-2
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR THE
LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the Cit~r of Falcon Heights doea not have a bank within its boundaries,
and in the past has designated the Roseville Bank of Roseville, Minnesotan as its
depositotq for the funds of the CitT of Falcon Heights.
NOW, TH&&EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, bT th® Cit7 Council of the City of
Falcon Heights: That the Roseville State Ban1c be designated as depository for the
liquor funds of the Cit~r of Falcon Heights and the Cit, Treasurer is authorized
to deposit liquor funds therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished bT the Roseville
State Bank as required bT law.

Councilman Black and upon a vote bong taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: All present,
and the following voted against tho sane:
