Pursuant to due call and notice th ereof, a regular meeting of the Cit7 C ounail
oP the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on, the 8th~~day of January, 1976.
The following mombera were presents Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Steele, and Labalestra,
and the following mes~bers were absents CounciLxan Ecklund. ,
Councilman Labalestra ntroduced the Following R®solution sad moved;_its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-3
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT" BOX AT THE
NORTH STAR STATE BANK
WHCRBf-3~ the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at the North
Star Stata ~s~c, 1820 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota,
NOW, TAEREF'ORE, HB IT HBREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heightb, that the continued leasing of a safety deposit box in the Safe
Deposit Vaulty of the North Star State Bank, Roaer1.11e, Minnesota, be authorized
and continued for the calendar year of 1976, and
~ IT FtA~THER RESOLVED, that authority to have access to said safety deposit
box until the first dal of Januar~r, 1977, and tc> remiove anpr part or all of the
oontenta, is hereof given to the following:
Wi11is C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights;
William H. Black, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights;
Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk: Aduiniatrator-Treasurer, City of
Falcon Heights.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded bf
Councilman Black and upon a vote being taken`thereon,`the following
voted in favor thereof: All pr®seat,
and the following voted against the saves None.
