HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_76-04CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular oreeting of th® Cit~r Council of the CitT of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th daT of Januar~r, 1976. The following m~abers were presents MaTor Warkentien, Counciloren Black, Steele,-and Labalestra, and the following were absent: Councilman Ecklund. Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and mov®d its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 76-4 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACT FOR STREET LIGHTING FOR TST CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS WITH NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY WHEREAS, the City Council of the CitT of Falcon Heights has determined that it is neceasar~- and desirable that the proposal of the Northern States Power Compares to furnish street lighting serrice to the Cit)r of Falcon Heighta;be accepted, and • WHEREAS, the Cit3r Council of the Cit~r of Falcon Heights approves all rates, terms, conditions., and specifications in the Street Lighting Contract made a part of the proposal of said compat~, NOW, SORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED, bT the City Council of the Cit~r of Falcon Heights, that the proper officers of the Cit~r are hereb~r authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid Contract for and in the name of the City. The motion for. the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was du1T seconded bf Councilman Labalestra ,and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: All present, and the .following voted against the same: Non®.
