CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on
the 8th dad of January, 1976. The following members were present:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, at:d Labalestra,
and the following were absent: Councilman Eck].und.

Councilman Labalestra introduced. the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-5 '~;
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TEA~ORAHY PARK
DEPELOPMENT COI~lITTEE FOR THE CITY OF FALCON
HEIGHTS
WHERE~IS, the Cit, Council of the City of Falcon Heights is desirous
that Parks axd Recr®ation be retained as two separate items, and
WHEREAS, a Park Development Committee would function on1T at the
tine a park is being developed as a temporary connaittee,
NOW, FORE, ~ IT ~~ RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
i City of Falcon Heights, that a temporary Park Development Con~ittee
be established for the City of Falcon Heights.
The motion for the adopption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
second®d by MaTor Warkentien and upon a vote
being taken thereon, the following voted,in favor thereof:
All pr®sent,
and the following voted against the sane: None.
