CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March, 1976. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: Mayor Warkentien. Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution, and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 76~ A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR AROMA STREET STORM SEWER CONSTRUC?ION AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, INC- LUDING t30ULEVARD AND STREET RESTORATION FROM CALIFORNIA TO HOYT, MSA N0. l2l~-101-05; CRAWFORD STREET RECON- STRUCTION FROM SMELLING TO AROMA, MSA N0. 121-10lt-01; AND GARDEN AVENUE WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO LOOP HAMLINE, ALHERT, AND HOLTON AVENUES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has revi~,red the plans and specifications for construction of Arona Street store sewer, Crawford Street reconstruction, and Garden Avenue water Hain extension, as submitted by the City Engineer, and h~R.EA5, the City Council deems it necessary and expedient that the City of Falcon Heights construct storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, including boulevard and street restoration on Arona Street from California to Hoyt Avenues, MSA Project No. 12t~-101-05, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and expedient that the City of Falcon Heights construct grading, base, bituminous surfacing, curb and gutter, and related appurtenances on Crawford Street from Snelling Drive to Arona Street, MSA Project No. 12l~-10lt-01, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and expedient to loop the water main extension on Garden Avenue between Harnline, Albert, and Holton Avenues because of low crater pressure in that area, NOW, Z~REF'ORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, that approval be given the plans and specifications submitted by the City Engineer for the above- mentioned projects. • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Acting Mayor Bla.ek, and upon a vote being taken, -, •. :7 8esolution No. 76-9 Page Two th® following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Black, Council- men Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted against the sane: None.
