Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was
held on the 11th of March, 1976.
The following members were present: Acting .Mayor Black,
Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was
absent: Mayor Warkentien.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution,
and coved its adf~~ption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-10
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR :PATCHIDTG AND
SEALCOATING FOR 1976 OF THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT,
INCLUDING THE COMI~IJNITY PARg DRIPEWAY AND THE
CITY HALL PARKING LOT, AS SUBMITTED BY THE ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
has renewed the plans- for patching and sealcoating -for 1976 of the
northwest quadrant of the City of Falcon Heights, and
WHEREAS, th* City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
• has deterained the n®ed for paring of the Community Park driveKay,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of th• City of Falcon Heights
has deter~ai.ned the need for sealcoating of the City Ha11 parking
lot,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, that approval be given the plans
submitted by the City Engineer for patching and sealcoating of the
above-mentioned pro3ects for th® year 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken,
the following voted in favor thereof : Acting Mayor Black, Council-
men Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted against
the same: None.
WFIEREIJPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and
albopted.
