Pursuant to due call and Notice thereof, a regular aeeting of
the Cit~r Council of the Cit7 of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on
the 8th daT of April, 1976.
Th• following aembers were present: Maror Warkentien, Council-
aen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent:
None.
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and mowed
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-11
A?RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LIMITED PARKING SIGNS AND
FIRE LANE SIGNS AND ENFORCEMENT OF ZIU; SAME
WHEREAS, the Cit1- Council of the City of Falcon Heights has
receired a request from Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Hernias, owners of the
Hermes Shopping Center property at the northwest corner of Larpenteur
and Snelling ATenues, to install "Unloading and Loading Zone" and
Fire Lane' signs in th• priTate alley, north and west of the Shopping
Center, and
S, the CitT Engineer has been directed to determine
the proper location of such signs, and
• WH~AS, the signs will ba enforced .by law etlforcenent
officials,
NOW, Tom, ~ IT RESOLVED b7 the City Council of th•
City of Falcon Heights, that "Unloading and Loading Zone" and "Fire
Lane~~ signs be iustallsd in the priTate alley, north and west of the
Hermes Shopping Center at no cost to the Cit~r of Falcon Heights.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
du11 seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a Tote being taken, the

Ecklu~d, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following Toted against the
