HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_76-12• CITY OF FALCON HffiGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ©f the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th dal of April, 1976. The following members were presents Mayor Warkentien, Council- men Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the folio~ir:g-Were absents None. Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and maTed its adoption: RTSOLUTION No. 76-12 A SOLUTION AIITHOR=ZING BIDS FQft 19'6 SEALCOATII+~G AND PATCHING AND SETTING A DATE FOB BIDS W$FBEAS, the City Council of .the City of Falcon Heights has rM~red the plena for patching and aealcoating for 1976 of the northwest quadrant of the City of Falcon Heights, and WI~REAS, Garden:ATenue will be a proposed alternate to the sealcoating pro~~cts, based on Council determination at the regular meeting of April 22, 1976, and WHSR,EAS, the City Council of the City of .Falcon Heights has determined the rued for paring of the Comnunit~ Park driTansay, and WHCREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has determined the need for sealcoating of the City Ha11 parking lot, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights that authorization be giTen the Clerk Administrator to adTertise for bids for patching and sealcoating for 1976 as sub- mitted bT the City Engineer and to set date for sash bids opening at 2:00 p.m., May 25, 1976, with the award of bids to be made at the re- gular meeting of the Council on May 27, 1976.
