Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th
day of May, 1976.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None.
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution, and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-19
A R;BSOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE 1976 STREET
MAINTENANCE AND SEAL COATING PROJECT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP
COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,971.96 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLEE~-ADMINTS7~ATOR TO S%ECU`P8 THE CONTRACT.
WfD;R,EAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has awarded
the contract for the 1976 Seal Coating Project to Allied Blacktop Company
in the amount of $17,971.96
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY' RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights, that the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are authorized
to execute the 1976 Seal Coating contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund and Steele, and
the following voted against the same: Councilmen Black and Labalestra.
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
