Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on
the 27th day of May, 1976.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None.
Council Steele introduced the following Resolution, and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 76-20
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 1 TO ALLIED BLACKTOP
COMPANY DELETING PART III FOR ~ Il~ROVEMENT OF TAE COMMiTNITY
PARK PARKING LOT IN THE ANiJUNT OF $l~,520.66 AS LISTED IN THE
BID FOR 1976 STREET MAINTENANCE AND SERI, COATING.
WIi.FRFAS, the City Council of
the dontract for the 1976 seal coating
in the amount of $17,971.96, and
the City of Falcon Heights has awarded
pro3ect to Allied Blacktop Company
WAEREAS, the City Council is desirious of deleting Part III of said
bid improving the Community Park parking lot in the amount of $l~,520.66
as listed in the bid
NOW, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcoa Heights, that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator be authorized
to execute said document to delete the Falcon Heights Community Park
parking lot improvement in the amount of $1,520.66 and to further notify
Allied Blacktop Compagy of said deletion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof : Councilmen B7.ack, Steele, land Labalestra, and
the following voted against the same: Mayor Warkentien and Councilman
Ecklund. Motion harried.
WH~tEUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
