Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the
27th day of Msy 1976.
~e following members ware presents Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele and Lebelestra, and the following were absent:
None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

APHIQUE IN ~ PROPOSED 5 YEAR ROAD AND BRIDCsE CON-
ST~TCTION PROQRAM.
WHSRBAS, Ramsey County has enb®titted to Municipalities, its 5 year
Street Improvement proposal for review and,
WHREtEAS, Roselawn Avenue from Hemline Avenue to Fulham Street was
not included in said proposal, and
X15, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights is dea#,x~ts
that the above stated Section of Roselawa be included in the 5 year
In~rov®ent proposal.
NOW, Tom, ~ IT HEREBY RESOLV&D, that the City Council of
Falcon Heights respect,~l.ly urges the Ramsey County Board to include
Roselawn Avenue from $a~t3.i.ne Avenue to Fulham Street in their 5 year
Improv®ent proposal.
9~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Steele and ton a vote being taken the following
voted in favor thereof s Mayor- Warkentien, Councilmen Black, l~eklund,
Steele and Labelestra, and the following voted against the lames None
WHEREUPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
