Pur$uant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting cf the
City Counoil of-the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota xas:.held on the
27th day of May, 1976.
The folloxing members xsre presents mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labeleara, and the folloxing xere absents
None

W~A3, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights desires to
be more informed of the agenda items to be presented to them at reg-
ular meetings, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk Administrator has mutually agreed xith Council
to haQe an informative half hour meeting from 7sO0 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
on the first and fourth Thursday of each month to reviex all agenda
iteaas.
NOW, SORE, BB IT RTSOLYSD, that the Council of fhe City of
Falcon Heights and the Clerk Administrator dill-hold as iaf'ormative
public agenda meeting at the City Ball. of the ,City of Falcon Heights
from 7s00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the first and fourth Thursday of each
month to reviex all sapporting information relative to the agenda items
to be presented to Council ~'or consideration.
.The motion for the foregoing resolution uaa dn~p seconded by
Councilman Labelestra, and upon a vote being taken, the follo~ing
voted in favor thereofs Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Labelestra,
and the follo~rirtg voted aga3:nst the same: Mayor Warkentiea and Council-
man Stee~.e.
WHEREUPON, the resolution xaa declared duly passed and adopted.
