Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota mas held on the
10th day of June, 1976.
~e folloWi.ng memsbers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Ecklund and Lab+~lestra, and the following Were absents Councilmen B7.ack
and Steele.
Counci]~aan Labelestra introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.

LOT IN ~ 1976 STRRET MAINTENANCE AND SEAL COAT-
II~G CONTRACT WITH ALLIED BLACKTOP COHPANY IN ~
AHOTJNT OF $1~, 520.66 TO BE PAID FROM ~E GB'~tE$AL
FUND.
WH~AS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights did, on
May 27th, 1976, delete the Community Park Parking Lot Improvehent fr~aa
the Al11d Blacktop Ca~any~s 1976 Sealcoating Contract in the amount
of $!~, 50.66, and
SEAS, the City Council has reconsidered their action of Hay
~7s 1976, and is desirous of red.nstating that portion of the Contract
to in~rove the Falcon Heights Ca®unity Park parking lot,
NOi~T, SORE, BE IT RESOL1, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights to add the Falcon Heights Ccm~unj.ty Park Parking Lot
Contract orginal],p awarded to Allied Blacktop Compagy in the amount of
$1,520.66. Therefore rescinded Resolution #76-20 of May 27, 1976.
