CITY OF FALCON HBIE~HTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, -was held on the loth day of dune, 1976. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen $cklund, Steele and Labelestra, and the following were absents Council- man Black. WSEREAS, the City Gouncil of the City of Falcon Heights ordered::cea~ fain improvements on Aroma Avenue from California to Hoyt Avenue, Crawford Street from Snelling Drive to Aroma Avenue, and to Holton, and WfD~8A5, the Council did advertise for Bids to be received on June 8th, 1976, and, W$EREAS, the following Bids were recedved: c.
