HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_76-32CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 30th day of S teanber , 1976. The following members were present: Mayor arkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, Black and Labalestra, and. the following were absent: None. Councilman Steele introduced the following solution moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 76-32 A RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR T]~7.TNQUENT SANITARY SEWER RENTAL CHARGES BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,. Ramsey County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer rental charges against the properties hereinafter set forth,. in the amounts set forth oppa~site the description of such properties; 2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is hereby levied against each of such tracts, with an interest rate of $~ annually, respectively; • 3. The total amount of such special assessment, in each ease, shall be payable with the 197' real estate taxes due and payable during 1971; 1~. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the assess- ment to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in to thesame manner as other municipal taxes; 5. Tracts of land and the. amounts of such special assessments are as follows, on the attached sheet: f • Resolution No. 76-32 Page 2 The motion'for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly - second. by Councilman Ecklund. and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkent~en, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra and the following-voted against same: None. Councilman Steele introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. Upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None.
