Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on
the 30th day of September, 1976.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra, and the following were ab-
sent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-33
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights that the following sums be and they are hereby levied upon
the taxable property of the City of Falcon Heights for the year
1976, collectible in the year 1977:
$219,1.~Ja.0.93
SE IT FURTHER RE~LVED that the County Auditor is hereby
authorized to levy the following:
1959 LARFENTEUR AVENUE WATER MAIN & PUMPING
STATION IMP. BONDS, SERIES rrArr $ 1,500.00
1963 WATER MAIN & SANITARx SEWER Ili. BONDS 3,000..00
1967 IMPROVEMENT BONDS 1,750.00
197. GEN. OBLIGATION BONDS - PARK IMP. ].1,700.00
The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Labalestra
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,- and
Labalestra and the following voted against the sam®: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
