Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
• Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
November, 1976.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following were absent: None.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION 76-36
A RESOLUTION REQUESTI2~ THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REAPPOR-
TION THE ASSESSMENTS ON THE POTHEN HOMESITE ADDITION
WHEREAS, Nicholas Pother has platted certain property in the City of
Falcon Heights, known as the Pothen Homesites, and
w'HERE~AS, said property has special assessments against it and,
SEAS, the County Auditor is requesting that said assessments be
reapportioned to the eight lots so benefited and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights has
reapportioned thew accordingly as shorn on the attached Exhibits A, B,
and C,
NOW THEREF'OBE, BB IT HERESY RESOLVED, that the City Council of Falcon
Heights requests the County Auditor to enter upon the assesssmeat rolls as
shown on the attached Exhibits A, B, and C as reapportionment of the current
assessments on the Pothers Homesite Addition as set forth by the Clerk-
Admtnistrator.
Zhe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Black and won a vote being taken the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Eeklund, Steele and Labaleatra
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
